New generation of harsh environment multi-pin circular connectors with robust plastic shells and a metal bayonet locking mechanism.
The new Souriau UTGX series promises the highest standards of performance for the most challenging applications in the most demanding environments.
The connectors in the series are suitable for both indoor & outdoor use and are shockproof, waterproof and UV resistant which enables a lifespan of up to 27 years in application.
UTGX connectors allow quick bayonet mating, are UL/IEC certified and can offer IP68 & IP69K in both mated and unmated condition.
Swift to upgrade
The series uses the same shell sizes, contacts and dimensions as other Souriau industrial trim-trio connectors meaning there is no need for tool or panel cut-out modifications when switching from one connector series to another.
The range derives from the UTG Series concept whereby low cost and lightweight connector shells are combined with a tough metal locking mechanism.
The UTGX has enhanced this solution by combining a robust metal locking mechanism with the ergonomic and aesthetic design of the UTS series making the range robust yet easy on the eye.
