Robust multi-pin circular connector system with industry standard RD24 screw locking functionality.
RD24 connectors offer pin-counts of 4 and 7 with a current carrying capacity of up to 16A per contact.
The series caters for cable OD’s of up to 17mm, has a wire gauge max. of 2.50mm² and is capable of offering IP65 & IP67 ingress protection in mated state or with the use of a protection cover.
binder's RD24 Power Connectors are a series of strong and robust waterproof circulars in both 4 (3+PE) and 7 (6+PE) pole variant.
The series has an array of choices on both cable connector and panel receptacle with each option having a UL, VDE, SEV alternative for applications where approval markings are necessary.
The RD24 series is often used for both cable to cable setups where users wish to connect a run/extension piece or for the standard cable to panel setup.
Cable connectors are available in both straight and angled with a range of gland entries catering for 6-17mm cable OD and with screw, solder and crimp termination.
Panel receptacles allow for a max wire gauge of 0.75mm² on the 7 pole, up to 2.50mm² on 4 pole and also have termination options of screw, solder and crimp.
